In loving memory of Hannah Grace Atack who passed away unexpectedly on 14 December 2024. Beloved daughter of Craig and Kathryn, and big sister to Zoe.

Hannah was only 20 and had great ambitions for the future. She was making the most of life, having just returned from one of many trips abroad in 2024.

Hannah was confident and never afraid to share her opinions. She was also a good listener - a caring and fun-loving person whose company will be greatly missed.

Please join Hannah's family for a celebration of her life at Rawdon Crematorium, Leeds, on Friday 7 February at 10.45 and afterwards at Sand Moor Golf Club. All friends are welcome.

Family flowers only. Please make any charitable donations to St George's Crypt, a local charity that provides care and support to the homeless.
