In loving memory of John Arthur Berry who sadly passed away on 26th December 2024 Aged 79 years, A loving husband to Dawn Devoted Father to Julie & Lynn, Johanne & Tim and Grandad to Isobel, Kensie, Nicole & Lexi. He will be dearly missed by all.
By request family flowers only but if desired donation may be given online or in the donation box at the service for Treetops Hospice.
The family have request smart attire or Forest Football tops to be worn the day of the funeral service please.

Myself and Richard simply cannot find the right words to really describe John (Chuck). He was the most wonderful, kind, generous, caring and funniest gentleman we have ever had the pleasure to have in our lives. I will always fondly remember the big hugs and kisses on my cheeks that he gave me every time we saw each other.
