In loving memory of Graham Meadows who passed away peacefully on 17th December 2024.
Graham was a loving husband to Sheila, a wonderful dad to sons Paul and Neil and will always be "Gramps" to granddaughter Amy and great-granddaughters Autumn and Primrose. He was a warm, gentle man, who was loved by his family and friends. He is deeply missed.
The family warmly invite you to a celebration of Graham's life taking place in the Serenity Chapel at 1:00pm Thursday 30th January 2025 at Bramcote Crematorium, Coventry Lane, Bramcote, Nottingham NG9 3GJ.
A reception with light refreshments will follow at 2:00-4:00pm at Trent Lock Golf Club, Lock Lane, Long Eaton, NG10 2FY.
