In loving memory of Peter Mills who sadly passed away on 21st December 2024.
Peter was a much loved husband, father and grandfather.
He was born in Erith, Kent in 1945 and grew up in that area, attending Erith Grammar School. He graduated from Southampton University and from there joined Gallup in the marketing department.
Whilst at Gallup, he met Jackie, and they married in October 1969. They had two children, Simon born in 1973 and Louise born in 1977.
Peter moved industries to telecoms and moved to Nottingham in 1976, where the family remain to this day.
He had a huge network of friends in Nottingham and around the UK.
Peter’s hobbies were music, travel, cricket, rugby, wine and spending time with family and friends. He was a long suffering fan of Charlton Athletic.
He will be remembered with a great sense of humour, a big smile on his face and a loving family man.
