December 21st 2024 will forever be the day our lives fell apart. We sadly lost our Dad, Husband, Grandad, Father in Law, Brother and Friend. The legend of a saxophone player that was... Mr Trevor Brown.

We literally have no words. Just a painful ache, a sadness, a numb feeling we never knew was possible. A huge part of us died with him that day.

For anyone that knew Trev would agree he was the most incredible man, never grumbled, never complained, a much loved person admired by more people than he could have ever realised.

We were incredibly lucky to have had our entire lives blessed by his presence and we are incredibly unlucky he was taken away from us far too soon.

We will forever hold dear the memories we have made (far too many to mention) and be grateful we had the most incredible father anyone could hope for. And in that same breath he was the best husband to our beautiful Mum and best friend to us all. We now have a guardian angel.

Hold on tighter to your loved ones. If you are lucky enough to still have your parents don't take them for granted and soak up every single second. Tell them you love them because you just might not have tomorrow.

Dad, your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Until we meet again, most likely at the bar, we love you Poppa B.

Rest easy, Uncle Trev. I'll miss our long chats about football, music and literature over a pint of ale.
