Jean, daughter, partner, mother, neighbor, mentor and so much more. What can I say she was my great friend, confident and a little warrior - a pocket rocket who lived her last few years to the full. Our deep friendship led to many holidays and bus excursions and if something went amiss, which it often did, she would say 'another fine mess you have got me into' which caused much laughter and ended with Greggs sausage roll and a hot chocolate. Sitting with her during her chemo session she was still positive - forwards, onward and upward was her mantra. Your last journey together with friends and family - hope you have your bus pass - my forever friend. Another shining star shining above us - a very courageous lady with the heart of a lion. A true warrior out of pain - rest in peace - my dear friend . Jean's wonderful philosophy of life was always positive always saying to me 'it's not happening today - until it did love and hugs
