Pete passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 21st December 2024, aged 68 years. Treasured dad of Leighanna, Ashley and Darryl, loving grandad to Oakley, Ellen, Cohen, Nathaniel and Jago, much loved brother to Sandra, John, Kathy and the late David, and best mate to Steve.

So many memories, Pete, all fun, all with lots of laughs; in fact, I can’t ever remember a time I was with you that I wasn’t laughing or smiling, and that is a very rare and special thing to have. I feel very lucky to have been one of your nephews. Rest peacefully Pete, knowing you are loved by all xxx

I have really nice memories of uncle Pete, always smiling and always calm. I was sad to hear he had gotten poorly and cried when I heard he had passed away. I know he loved all three of you and was as proud of you as you all are and were of him.. sending love x fly high uncle Pete x

Pete(rammy)and I first met in 1996 when I first joined birds bakery, from the first time I met him we hit it off,we quickly became best mates and have been for 30 years+.I honestly can't remember any time Pete losing his temper with anybody,he was genuinely a nice person,he will be sadly missed by many.
