The death occurred peacefully on Friday 13th December 2024 at Ty Pentwyn Care Home, Rhondda of
Mrs. Gail Elizabeth Brooks, aged 73 years.
Gail will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place on Saturday 11th January 2025 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 12:15pm.
There will be family flowers only.
donations in lieu of flowers will go to Ty Pentwyn Care Home who gave Gail such wonderful care.
