Sadly passed away after an illness courageously fought
on 12th December 2024 at her home in Fforestfach
surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly loved wife of David,
loving mam of Charlie and step mam of Kacey and Jacob,
cherished daughter of John and Georgina,
much loved daughter-in-law of Susan and Derek,
beloved sister of Mel and Chris,
also a loved sister-in-law and aunt.
Rachel will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Friday 3rd January 2025 service at Llanelli Crematorium 1pm.
Family flowers only please.
