In loving memory of Barbara Woollard who sadly passed away on 1st December 2024.
Born in Romford and grew up in Hornchurch before relocating to Wickford in the 80s and later years to Leigh on Sea with her husband Colin to be closer to her daughter. Barbara was known for organising parties and events throughout her working and personal life. She was known for her planning and organising skills and carried out various voluntary roles throughout her lifetime doing exactly that.
I’m sure if you knew Barbara you probably had lots of fond memories and I would love you to share your stories and photos.
The funeral will be on 23rd December 2024 at Southend Crematorium small chapel at 2.30pm .We are limiting flowers to family only but if you can we would love you to donate to Great Ormond Street Hospital .

Such sad news. Barbara was a lovely lady who gave a lot of her time to Runwell Bowls Club. She helped me lots in establishing a new Events Committee. My thoughts are with Colin and her family at this sad time.

As a relative new member of Runwell Bowls club I regretfully did not get know Barbara well, but I am aware of all the very good work that she and her husband Colin have done for our club over many years. We will greatly miss her and wish her family well for the future and will welcome them at the club at any time in the bowling season
