Thank you for the memories in the youth service. Your big heart, smile and laughter will live on in so many. Blackfordby young people and the village were so lucky to have you run their youth club.

You have left a massive hole in so many lives if I'm not there on Tuesday you deserve to have the best send off blackfordby won't be the same without you thinking of the family rip Billie xxx

He made such an impact on the village sorting the rallies, bonfire nights , football clubs and of course our youth club. A credit to us village kids. A great man.

Great chap. New him from Lloyds where we both worked. Sat next to him at Derby for a number of seasons as well. My wife and I also met up with him and his wife in Cyprus where they took us round the island. He will be sorely missed.COYR

Fond memories of growing up in blackfordby helping bill to get stuff for the bonfire . Youth club outings and holidays to France. Great bloke. Like a dad to all the kids that grew up in the village. Had the privilege to play for the football team for 9 years aswell. A local legend

You are a legend and will always be remembered for your loyalty towards the children of blackfordby, running the youth club no matter what the weather the film nights the holidays to France, you did it all for the children of the village and for all the good times we had i say thankyou and good night you have earned your rest xxx
