Teresa Colledge (22 Aug 1934 - 3 Nov 2024)

In loving memory of Teresa Martha Colledge who passed away on Sunday 3rd November 2024, aged 90 years, whilst in the care of Rykneld View Nursing Home.

Following a stroke five years ago and a second two years later Teresa sadly lost her battle with vascular dementia. She fought bravely to the very end and will be missed terribly by her family - daughters Sue and Sara, son Simon, granddaughters Lauren, Sasha, Sammy and Danielle and great granddaughters Mila, Leah and Chloe.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the manager Natalie and staff of Rykneld View for the love and care they gave Teresa during the last year of her life. They really are a caring group of individuals and the support they gave to Teresa and the wider family was unbelievable.

A service will take place at 1.30pm on Tuesday 10th December 2024 at Trent Valley Crematorium. Teresa’s wish was to be returned to a resting place in her home town of Hinckley and the family will honour this in due course. Anyone who knew Teresa and would like to attend the service is welcome, but family flowers only please.
