Alan Jason Dixon (13 Nov 1970 - 19 Oct 2024)
Funeral Director
Alan Jason Dixon
13 November 1970 – 19 October 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Alan Jason Dixon, who left us peacefully on 19th October, aged 53, at his cherished home in Leeds. Born in 1970, Alan was the youngest of the “Dixon Clan,” a close-knit family of six siblings who were the bedrock of his life. To his siblings, nieces, nephews, and godchildren, Alan was so much more than a brother or an uncle—he was a mentor, a friend, a jokester, and, for many, a father figure. He was the loving partner of Kim, a loyal friend to all who knew him, and the cherished son of Mertie and the late Dudley Dixon.
A service to honour Alan’s life will be held at 9:15am on Wednesday 27th November, at:
Rawdon Crematorium, Leeds Road, Leeds LS19 6JP
Followed by a celebration of his life from 11am to 8pm at:
The Acapella, 619-621 Roundhay Road, Oakwood, Leeds LS8 4AR
All are welcome, and we invite you to wear something blue and trainers in his memory.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support, who provided invaluable care to Alan, either at the service or through the MacMillan online tribute page.
Alan was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
