In loving memory of Nigel Price who sadly passed away on 31st October 2024 aged just 46. He was a kind, loving and generous man. He loved his friends and family dearly. He was a risk taking thrill seeker with many hobbies and a passion for life in the fast lane. Some of his hobbies included skiing, skating, nature, cooking and modifying cars. He was always inquisitive and liked knowing how things worked. He always found a way to fix things. He was a master of his BBQ and loved to entertain. Nigel was always right, even if he was wrong, he was still right. May he rest in peace.

So dreadfully sad to read this. I hadn’t seen Nigel since primary school but the memories have come flooding back. He once legged me over doing the egg and spoon race on Ashcroft primary school playing field many years as I was winning and he wasn’t having that. He stuck his foot over mine and over I went and of course on he went to win.
We used to call him knobbly knees as they used to stick out as he was so thin. It’s amazing how you remember things like this from Such a long time ago when you reminisce. You have people you know on social media but rarely ever speak as life get in the way, we assume people are fine as we see their posts, seemingly happy and content, a valuable lesson that this isn’t always true. RIP Nigel, gone too soon.
