In loving memory of Rhian Palmer who sadly passed away on 16th October 2024, at the age of 50.
Rhian leaves behind 1 beautiful daughter, Rosie (10), and her soul mate and husband Richard.
As her Mum, Dad, family and all her friends find strength together to cope with life without Rhian, we want to remember Rhian as the most amazing person.
She faced the unthinkable with such grace, humour, bravery and a dogged determination to squeeze all she could out of the time she had.
We love you Rhian
