In loving memory of Jean Marian Shepherd who sadly passed away on 24th October 2024 aged 90 years.
Beloved wife of dearly departed husband Dave Shepherd and loving mother of David, Andy and Sue.
Many will remember Mum from when they owned and ran “The Black Cat” newsagents on Sneinton Dale and also her Wool and Dressmaking Shop on Oakdale Road.
She was much loved by family and friends alike and her passing leaves a hole in our lives that will be impossible to fill.

Loved our chats about the 'old days' on Davis Street. Then going into 'Black Cat' as a teenager and then living opposite you on Eastdale, where you taught me about gardening.
