David William Cooke (16 Jul 1938 - 5 Dec 2015)

In loving memory of David William Cooke who sadly passed away on 5th December 2015.
Devoted husband to Norma , Father to Stephen and Susan and Grandad to Christopher and Alfie.
Will be sadly missed by all.

Any donations that friends or past colleague's would like to make will be used for the purchase of a' Vein Finder 'for the local Haemophilia service.
Dad had the upmost respect and confidence in the team that provided the cover for his bleeding disorder. This piece of kit allows for veins to be 'seen' prior to venepuncture so would be invaluable in teaching both children and adults a like.
