Passed away peacefully in hospital on 17th October 2024 aged 97 years.
Dearly loved and loving husband of Jill, Dad of Sally, Caroline, Nigel and the late Linda, Grandad and Great Grandad.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The funeral will be held on Thursday 14th November 2024 in the Avon Room, Rainsbrook Crematorium at 1.00pm.

Derek was a lovely, kind gentleman who we had the privilege to have as our neighbour. The wealth of knowledge and experience he gave to Alan about gardening was very special and Alan felt a special bond, a ‘bromance’ with Derek. He will be hugely missed by us. RIP Derek.
