Enid England (24 Sep 1930 - 17 Oct 2024)

In loving memory of Enid England who sadly passed away on Thursday 17th October 2024, aged 94 years.

Enid passed away peacefully after a short illness at Derby Heights Care Home on Thursday 17th October 2024. She was the much loved Mum of John, Sally and Rob, Nanny to James and Jacob and Mum-in-law to Rachel, Andrew, Doreen and Claire. She will be sadly missed by us all.

Enid spent most of her formative years in Derbyshire after training to be a teacher in Leicester. After meeting Peter, she relocated to the Isle of Axholme for over 60 years, teaching in local schools. She moved back to her beloved Derbyshire in her 80's when she needed more support from her family, moving into Derby Heights Care home in 2017 where she was very much loved by all the staff.
