It is with deep sorrow that the family of Ivan Marcus Hurst of Woolpit announce his passing at home on October 4th 2024, aged 84 years. A devoted partner to Jill for 46 years, beloved stepfather to Maxine (Stephane), cherished “Grandad Ivan” to Jeremy, Alice and Jessica and dearly loved brother to Ursula (Trevor) and Freddy. A service will be held at West Suffolk Crematorium on Thursday October 31st, 2024 at 2.00pm. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a quiet, gentle and caring man who will be sadly missed. Feel free to wear something colourful.
