Sadly but peacefully passed away on 9th October at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
Loving father of Steven, Daniele and James,
dear father-in-law of Natalie and Geraint,
proud bampa of Connor, Leland, Macie-Lei, Laicee and Harper,
much loved brother of Michael and his wife Margaret.
Mac will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Friday 25th October 10.00am service at Swansea Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired, may be made to Ward L Morriston Hospital
