What a great loss. I'm still shocked and saddened. Jim had a lovely smile and his whole body went into a laugh when something tickled him. I remember the laughs, the lunches and the rock n roll talk – I would have loved to have seen him in The Pannix!!! All the typo community will NEVER forget his rendition of "Brown Boots" at Rapid's memorial. What a star. Thanks for the memories mate.

Jim was a kind, wonderful man and always had a smile. He helped me so much when I was junior Typo learning the ropes. He was a true professional and a gentleman at all times. He also knew how to have a jolly good lunch! My deepest condolences to his family, may you rest in peace Jim.

One of the best guys from my early ad days as a young whippersnapper at KHBB. Always had a joke and a laugh when he'd pop in to see Rapid and me. Sure him and the crew looked after me and got my young self out of a sticky mark up while out on a long lunch, being wined and dined and spoilt. But then only himself to blame! Good times, good man. My condolences to Jim's family and friends. Goodnight Jimbo, sleep well 🖤
