To all the family, I have never met Pam but have heard Ella and Freddie’s stories from there many visits to the care home ( lots of pictures from Ella also 💕) makes me kinda think I know a little about her, what I know for certain is how much she was loved.🌸🌸 I am very proud Freddie is helping carry the coffin, he feels very honoured xxxx
