In loving memory of Jackie Hammond who sadly passed away on 6th October 2024.
Jackie was a much loved Wife, Mum, Daughter, Sister and Friend to so many.
She was known for her infectious smile and kindness to everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
Jackie was an amazing Wife to Ian and a wonderful Mum to Anna and Melissa, she was a very much loved Daughter to Liz and Ray and had an unbreakable bond with her Sisters Carolyne and Theresa.

Jackie you were a real lovely lady and a very nice person to talk with especially when I was at Ross mews I was so very sad to hear about what happened I will always remember you smiling or talking with your dad or seeing you at light up Netley. I will always miss you. It’s been such a pleasure to have meet with you. And meet your family and of your mum and dad. Rip my love.
