Sadly passed away on 17th September 2024 at Morriston Hospital.
A beloved partner,
much loved dad of Toby and Braxton,
cherished son of Paula and Karl,
loving brother of Emma, Ben, Jessica, Nicky and the late Scott.
Sam will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Thursday 3rd October 2024 service at Swansea Crematorium
