Alan Hall (Passed away 20 Sep 2024)

In loving memory of Alan Hall who sadly passed away on 20th September 2024.

Alan was a much loved father, husband, son and brother. His friends and family were so special to him, and he leaves us all with wonderful memories to cherish. He brought so many people together, and we all have so much to thank him for. We are incredibly grateful to have had Alan in our lives.

We invite you to join Alan's Farewell, where we celebrate his life and share stories of what an incredible man he was. For anybody that is unable to attend, the service will be live streamed, and will be available to watch on-demand. Please email his eldest daughter, Lauren, on l_benka91@live.co.uk and she can share the details with you.

As most of you will know, Alan was fond of bold and bright shirts, often wearing these to parties and special occasions, therefore, we invite you to wear some form of colour (if you'd like to).

Though there is parking as Colney Wood Crematorium, we encourage people to share lifts where possible. The wake will be held at The Railway Tavern, 1 The Street, Poringland, NR14 7AB from 4pm.

Please use the Attendance tab on this page to advise if you will be attending, this will help us get an idea of numbers.

We're also asking that instead of flowers for the service, that donations in memory of Alan be made to one of the two selected charities; Star Throwers Cancer Support, and Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.
