Al,what can i say
You were always known for your voice. If you wasn't visible we would still hear you.
My memories of you are showing you how to use a knife, setting up a counter. I would always show you how to split down primals. We had some great laughs and we had a similar sense of humour, always nodding and winking when the ladies were walking by the counter when it was cold!! Even when i lost my job as meat manager you always called me boss. You were always a chatterbox but I would love to hear that voice again. Rest in peace mate..my heart goes out to you. The general, the legend.xxxx

Oh Ian what beautiful words, they made me laugh & cry Alan could definitely give me a run for my money in the chatter box stakes, we will definitely all miss is voice, he was one in a million & will be so miss by so many ❤️
