Brother
I can’t believe that you have been taken away from from everyone so soon. Life isn’t fair all the good ones seem to be taken first. I don’t have many people that I can call a friend but you mate was one of them. I will miss our phone calls and banter. Keep a drink on the bar for me and I’ll see you when I get there. I love you brother and will miss you. Until we meet again.

Steve, where do I begin…I’m so terribly saddened to hear you left this earth and we still didn’t get to meet. From your young squaddie days back in the 90’s and our chat room banter to ‘meeting up’ (re-connecting) again years later. Isn’t it odd that we shared the same birthday - but we did have much more in common. It was a pleasure to have known you Steve and maybe one day, we might meet after all. Strum away on your guitar and watch down on your beautiful kids with proudness and admiration. RIP you sweet soul - gone way too soon x

Steve, What a trooper you were! Anyone who was lucky to know you would agree. I’ll never forget organising surprise trips to come down and see dad without him knowing, listening to you play the guitar and even sharing Matilda’s birthday with her. Just a few weeks ago she asked dad if he can ask you to come and celebrate your birthday together as you were birthday twins with her and now I have to tell her it can’t ever happen, they say the best ones are taken first and how true is that. May you rest in perfect peace and no longer suffer in pain! Love you lots from me, Matilda, Malakai & Bella ❤️ xxxx
