Suddenly at home on September 19th aged 53 years, John. The beloved son of the late Jimmy and Doreen, much-loved brother of Michelle, Judith and the late Richard Thomas, dear brother-in-law of Glenn and Colin. The adored uncle of James, Lee, Brett, Conor, Jack, Gemma and great-uncle of James, Zak, Cobey, Archie, Renae and Harry. A special friend of Kim, Harvey and Kalib and good friends with Clarky, Susan and Paul. Forever in our hearts.
Family and friends please meet on Friday October 11th for service in Independent Methodist Church, South Hetton at 10:45am, committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of the church. A plate will be available in the church. Please join the family afterwards for refreshments in South Hetton Cricket Club.

Well one more day till people say there final goodbyes to you but for me it will never be goodbye we deffo were two peas in a pod we have laughed we have cried we have argued but we never walked away from each other without us both saying sorry n of course my johnny 007 as u would call ya self always said i love you kim not just as a bessy mate like a member of my family and you always made me feel like family all of your family treat me like family and i loved that n i always said i love ya to i miss all the phone calls n texts every day that i would get and the visits but most of all i miss you i hope you are at peace up there with your mum n dad but please dont leave me all together stay by my side forever. I love you n miss u my johnny 007 R.I.P my big gentle giant sleep tight 💔💔💔💔
