I shared a very happy 46 years with Joyce. We did so much and travelled around the world together. Life is empty without her.

Joyce was and always will be one of my favourite people, she was so easy to chat to, she was warm and always had that little twinkle of mischief in her eyes. She had an amazing approach to life, and was always so very proud of her family, who she clearly loved enormously. It was a pleasure to play crib with Joyce for so many years, she was a demon player who as she never liked to lose could show the steelier side to her personality and her wicked humour when embroiled in a game. Thinking of all her family & friends, who will be missing her, but will have many amazing memories.

I knew Joyce I used to live next door to Liz Pete George and Tiarnan a long time ago when I lived in Kirkbymoorside I’m sorry about what happened to Joyce she was such a nice lady I used to enjoy talking to her hope you a all ok
