Family flowers only, however donations if desired, for The Rowans Hospice, can be made online using the JustGiving link on this page or by cheque made payable to the charity and sent c/o Lee Fletcher Funeral Services, 95 High Street, Cosham, PO6 3AZ. Tel no 023 9238 4455

Martin touched the lives of so many with his quiet strength, loyalty and deep love for those around him. A kind, caring and compassionate man, a true fighter with a sharp dry sense of humour.

Martin sadly suffered poor health for the majority of this life, however he was such a fighter and took each day as it came with the resilience of a man who faced life's challenges head on.

Following a lengthy stay in The Rowans Hospice, we saw first hand the outstanding care and attention the staff offered to those with a terminal diagnosis. This is why we chose the Rowans to receive your very kind donation. Thank you so much.

Always a laugh and a sneaky smile when no one was looking. I have so many great memories with you. You were always so kind to me when I was little and a more than worthy banter opponent! You will be greatly missed and always remembered - I still have all the Yu-Gi-Oh cards you gave me. Until we meet again and look after Toby till we get there.
Much love
Sam x
