So much love for my black and silver brother. Can’t believe we lost touch for so. I won’t say goodbye but instead see you again soon. Thoughts are with all the family. Love you Lowie x

Dear Ian, I was so shocked to hear this news and I’m so so sorry for your family and closest friends and I know there were many.
I wanted to be there today to say goodbye to one of my oldest friends and give my respect to such a legend in his own right. Unfortunately I have other family commitments but I will light a candle for you at 2pm to honour such an amazing guy.
Sleep tight my duck. Love Martine xxx

First met Ian when we started playing mens football. He always had a smile on his face and always put his arm round me to see how I was getting on. Enjoyed playing alongside him, sharing dancefloors on numerous nights out, fun on stag dos, footy trips and weekends away. So many happy memories of a lovely man who will be greatly missed.

Love you mate, thank you for the memories and for being such a kind, caring and funny man xxxxxx
