Died peacefully in Bryony Park Care Home with her family by her side on 7th September 2024 aged 83 years.

Rica, beloved Wife of the late Syd Smith, a much-loved Mam of Sarra and Nick, loving Mother-in-law of Ian and Jo, dearly loved Nana of William, James, Charles, Harry and Max and a loving friend to many.

Would friends and family please meet for funeral service at Durham Crematorium on Friday 27th September 2024 at 2:30pm. Floral tributes welcome and can be sent to the Funeral Directors’ on the morning of the funeral, or donations if desired can be made via a collection at the Crematorium, with all proceeds being gratefully accepted by Bryony Park Care Home Activity Fund.
