Tim Spearman wrote

To Glynis, Nicola, Debbie and all of Martin’s loved ones my deepest deepest sympathy.

My eldest brother, I have rightly looked up to Martin with so much pride from childhood. Despite the tyranny of distance, time and little things which should not become big things, to this day I watch my own sons grow and in many ways measure their success as young men by the character of Martin. His courage, love, generosity, time for others, commitment to whatever he laid his hand at and fun loving nature will resound with me for the rest of my own days. If my sons emmulate some of what made Martin a truly great man, I will be a lucky father.

I know how much he will be missed.
Tim and family - Racheal, Ethan, Keelan and Tristan Spearman
