In loving memory of David Sidney Chamberlain who tragically took his own life on 10th August 2024.
His family have requested donations to MIND the mental health charity.
We really appreciate the kindness shown at this time and any donations made in his memory.
We hope you will be able to join us in celebrating David’s life at his funeral at 11 am on 1 October.
All are welcome. No black ties. Please feel free to wear some colour. Flowers or donations much appreciated.
