Thank you to Gary, and all the musicians that played for free at the memorial gig on Thursday, at The Ship. Thank you to everyone who put money in the bucket which raised 417.14 which was paid to the hospice in the Weald today. I am trying to get a total of money paid directly to the hospice to get a grand total. Thank you to everyone for your generosity. ❤️

I was your neighbour in Wouldham from 2014 until I moved in 2022. Was so shocked and saddened to hear that you’d passed. I have fond memories of times we chatted over a glass of wine or two in the back garden. Gone way too soon Rufus

I am unable to attend the funeral in person. I will be there with you and everyone present for the ceremony by way of the live stream. Afterwards I will go to my place of contemplation and ponder on the wonderful memories and magical musical moments I have shared with you over the many years I have known you.
A truly magnificent guitar player.
I miss you Rufus, so much.
I love you always. X ♥️

Fabulous musician, just to be on stage with him when the band was in full flight and then watch as he'd weave one of his solos that would leave the audience (and the band) in awe.... he will be sorely missed.
