Pauline was a one off - kind, capable, bossy at times and a jolly good laugh. Such a shame she didn't get to enjoy more of her well earned retirement. My condolences to all of her family.

Pauline retired just three years ago, after dedicating 25 years of loyal service to Alliance Healthcare and Alphega. Throughout her remarkable career, she was known to many colleagues in her various roles as Sales Manager, Trainer, and most recently, Business Mentor.
As one of the first Business Mentors when Alphega launched in the UK, Pauline played a pivotal role in shaping the brand into the success it is today. She was deeply committed to helping others, whether through training or mentoring, and was passionate about supporting people in achieving their best. Her legacy is the lasting impact she made on everyone she worked with, and she will be remembered for her dedication, kindness, and unwavering support.
