Dearest Agnes you were such a special person, a true warrior for human rights. Your care, compassion and dedication to the causes you believed in were so inspirational. Thanks for your kindness when I worked at the HRLC & for persuading me that I was capable of completing a PhD. I will miss you hugely. Xxx

You were a truly special person - so caring and patient, and also so dedicated and committed to your work. I never heard anybody say a single bad word about you, and you were always one of my goto people if I needed to know anything. If you didn’t know it wasn’t worth knowing! It has been an honour knowing you these last 6 years. We had lots of laughs together, and I’ll always think of you whenever I watch Dinner for One annually from now on 🙂 love you Agnes - we will not see your like again x
