On 28th August 2024, peacefully in hospital, of Shaw Cross, Dewsbury, aged 85 years, Frank, dearly loved husband of Marjorie, much loved dad of Martin, Karen, Nigel, Leslie and Amanda, a very dear and loved father-in-law, grandad and great grandad.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 27th September 2024 at 2pm. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Frank may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Dementia UK & Stroke Association.
There are no words to convey the sadness we felt when told of your passing Frank. Memories of Sundays going blackberry picking, at least 10 in the car.... Big part of my childhood. Happy Memories. RIP Frank. Night night God bless xx

A legend, who brought a lot of young people together from different areas & backgrounds with his love for football. Friendships forged between those young people back then have lasted a life time. I often wish there were more Frank Hawkers in the world to work with the younger generation of today. RIP Frank & Thank You.
