In loving memory of Sean Brace who sadly passed away on 18th August 2024, after a long and courageous battle. A much loved man who will be missed tremendously by all who had the privilege to know him.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Hogarth & Gervis Pearson Wards (City Hospital) rooftop garden project as per Sean’s wishes. Mourners are invited, by the family, to bring a single stem of a flower of their choosing to be placed with Sean at his burial.

Sean’s wishes were that people come dressed however they feel most comfortable.

For anyone wishing to visit Sean to pay their respects at the chapel of rest, this can be done from 11th September, via appointment only. Please contact Lymns Carlton to arrange this.

Sean,
I have such great memories from our many years working at Prominent, especially the fun and laughter on work nights out. Always kind and caring with a cheeky smile on your face!
My thoughts are with your family and friends at this sad time. You will be missed by everyone.
Rest in peace Sean xx

Dad,

I've had no words since you've been gone.
Pick a winner out for me and tell me about it when we meet again.
