In loving memory of Lillian Penman who sadly passed away on 25th August 2024. She was a pillar of the Tadcaster community. She considered all close to her family and has hundreds of nephews, nieces, sisters, brothers, mums and dads.

Lillian helped so many people, she made the Jackdaw pub in Tadcaster to be a safe place for all. She went out of her way to care for people that didn’t have others.

You will be sadly missed!!! Xxxx

We ask all to wear a splash of purple 💜 for the ceremony.

Family flowers only, we ask that if you want to make a contribution in Lills memory then please donate to your two charities.

The funeral service is to be held on Wednesday 18th September at 13:30 at St Mary’s Church.

This is followed by the cremation at York Crematorium for close friends and family.

The wake to be held at the Jackdaw following the main service.
