John Heaps (7 Dec 1929 - 12 Aug 2024)

So sad to hear of Uncle John’s passing. We have fond memories of both John and Cynthia. As a child I always enjoyed visiting them both and in later life even though we now live a world away, John always remembered to send kind wishes at Christmas. I will miss him and his humour. RIP John and Cynthia. Ozzie Bill and Family.

Still remember fondly our time at St Cyprians dance classes a lovely man a pleasure to have known you xxx Pat Fisher

Uncle John Your smile lit up the room. Watching you and Mum holding hands enjoying each other,'s company was such a joy. Sadly missed and loved by all. Rest in peace.

All your nieces and nephews have such good memories of your fun, humour and smile. We will always remember you with love and you will be forever in our hearts.

I have many fond memories of visiting Uncle John and Auntie Cynthia with my grandparents - I especially looked forward to a bottle of cherry ace and marvelling at his matchstick version of the Golden Hind. I also loved looking at photos and hearing stories of their trips to America. Thinking of all the family and may John and Cynthia both rest in peace. Laura x
