You've been the most amazing grandmother and done so much for me and my sister and given us so many great memories, I hope we returned the favour and gave you so many good ones too. I'm grateful our last memory of you was a good one, your last act of kindness was waiting for us to see you and I hope you can read this wherever you are now ♡
