Memories of Nana by Chris Draper
Nana was a vibrant light,
A force of nature, bold and bright,
With laughter loud and spirit free,
She danced through life with joyful glee.
She charmed the crowds, she stole the show,
In every room her warmth would glow,
With her walking-stick raised high, she led the way,
Making her presence known come what may
Her love for us was strong and true,
A guiding hand in all we'd do,
With sweet treats shared and memories made,
Her presence in our souls forever stayed.
Now in our hearts, she finds her rest,
Her memory treasure blessed,
For Nana's spirit, fierce and kind,
Lives on in heart and mind.
