In loving memory of Richard Willis Hartburn, who was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, who sadly passed away on 21st August 2024.

He was born on the 4th January 1945 in County Durham to Ethel and Jack. He married Susan Salisbury on 21st September 1968, who he adored. They had three daughters Ann, Jill and Lynn, they all meant the world to him. Ann is married to Dean and Lynn Married to Neil, he was so pleased when all his grandchildren came along, Kerrie, Ricky, Ella, Noah and George, Kerrie also gave him two beautiful great-grandchildren Lillie and Charlie. He had a much loved younger brother John, who married Jean and they had two daughters Kay and Sally, who both have families of their own. He loved being their uncle.

He trained as an Engineer and later in his career became a Health and Safety Officer. He worked at lots of companies in both of these roles. He loved his time at Stag Furniture in Nottingham and in later life the Charity Recycling Ollerton and Boughton.

He was taken far too soon from us and we will miss him terribly.
