In loving memory of Martin James Bett who sadly passed away on 24th August 2024.
Martin was a much loved husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. Martin had an amazing sense of humour, touched the hearts of everyone he met and always helped wherever he could.
You are welcome to join us to celebrate Martin’s life on Thursday 12th September at 13:30 at Bramcote Crematorium.
Martin wished for minimal flowers and has picked his own funeral flowers. Martin’s request regarding dress code was that everyone is comfortable and wearing a piece of checked clothing if possible to reflect his many shirts!
He would like any donations to be made to Maggies Nottingham, a place he found much comfort in and found many amazing friends.
Further details to follow regarding any gathering after the service.

I’ve already written a message for my friend Martin… but this donation on behalf of Martin and his family is my small way of continuing to support Maggie’s, a place that truly helps all of those trying to cope with this dreadful disease. Rest in peace, Martin
