South Hetton (formerly of Hetton-le-Hole)


Peacefully at home with his loving wife by his side on August 25th aged 74 years, Bob. The devoted husband of Joan. A cherished dad to Alison, Lisa, Nicola, Graeme and Alan. A much loved granda, a treasured brother and a good friend to many. Sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends please meet for a service in the Independent Methodist Church South Hetton on Tuesday 10th September at 11:45am, committal to follow in Durham Crematorium at 1:00pm. Please join the family afterwards for refreshments and to continue the celebration of Bob’s life at South Hetton Cricket Club.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu are kindly received in memory of Bob for the work of Kidney research UK. A donation box will be available at the Church.
