In loving memory of Jane Evans, long term resident of Liskeard, Jane passed away peacefully at Liskeard Community Hospital on 13th August after a long illness.
Loving mum of Sian, Paula and Tristan, and nana to Maisy.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at Pentiddy Natural Burial Ground, on Friday, 30th August at 2pm. All are welcome. It will be an outdoor service so do please dress for the weather and conditions.
