Suddenly at home with family by his side on August 16th aged 71 years, Derek. The loving husband of Carole. A much loved dad to Christopher. A cherished brother to Billy, Jacqueline, Diane and the late Jack, Rita and his twin Brian. A treasured brother-in-law, uncle and a great friend to many.
Family and friends please meet on Thursday August 29th for a service at Durham Crematorium at 12:00pm. Please Join the family afterwards for refreshments and to continue the celebration of Derek’s life at Dubmire Working Men’s Club.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of The Royal Society for Blind Children. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
