In loving memory of Terry Horwood who sadly passed away on 4th August 2024.
Terry is husband to Christine, father to two daughters, Melanie and Tammy, and grandfather to six grandchildren, Reece, Jessica, Liam, Grace, Ehlana, and Callum.
He met Christine in junior school, where they became friends. As they grew up, they parted after school, but came back together as adults and were married for 56 years.
In his life, he worked as a tradesman, doing everything from painting to plumbing and carpentry to electrics. He liked watching motor racing, gardening, day trips out with his family, and tinkering around the house working on DIY projects in his workshop.
As a family, we ask that donations be made to Cancer Research UK in Terry’s name, as we feel that no one else should have to struggle with this illness. We should fight for our family members and our friends and find a way to deal with this disease for good.
